INSURANCE PROVIDERS
Only accepting Self Pay, Lyra Health, Cigna, Aetna and Optum Health at this time.
At the moment, all other insurances are considered out-of-network and you are responsible for submitting your own claims to your insurance. If you are out-of-network, we consider you a self-pay patient. Unfortunately, we do not file out-of-network claims. We can provide you with a super bill you can give to your insurance company if you would like to seek reimbursement.
Flagler Psychiatric urges out-of-network individuals to contact their insurance to determine if mental health out-of-network benefits are included in their plan.

FULL INITIAL VISIT - $400
Your first visit is a detailed and comprehensive initial psychiatric evaluation where your provider will ask many questions to identify problem areas and work together with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. If medications are prescribed, your provider will select the best options based on your needs and lifestyle.
STANDARD VISIT - $200
EXPRESS VISIT - $150
Our standard visit is a complete follow-up and includes medication management and psychotherapy. You can discuss any side effects, ask questions, and monitor the progress and success of your treatment. Each patient's plan is unique but monthly visits are the most popular.
Our express visit is designed for those receiving certain medications requiring monthly refills.
