Appointment
Call our office to schedule an appointment with our psychiatrist:
New Patients- Please arrive 15 minutes before the appointment to get checked in (If you complete office forms online, this will expedite your check in process).
Existing Patients- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to verify information.
Missed appointments will be subject to a fee of $100 for Dr’s appointments if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
